broken jar
I am in LOVE with the spinning feature of this spice rack. It will make cooking and baking much easier and I am thankful it was at a semi affordable price to fit my kitchen needs. However, I was a little disappointed to open my box and see that one of the jars were broken 🙁 I am also disappointed that the glass didn’t just stay broken inside the package but instead decided to burst out of the package while unwrapping the plastic and get all over my floor and counter. I hope to get the broken bottle replaced, which i will update you all on! Other than that, all 19 other jars are perfect! Nothing is wobbly on the rack, there are so many spice labels and many to create your own. It even came early! I do recommend getting this, just remember that some mail workers may not be so gentle with your package ð« EDIT: never got a replacement jar so stuck forever with an uneven amount at the moment

Well Made and Attactive
I was very happy with this purchase. The spice rack is beautiful and the carousel rotates nicely. One of the bottles arrived broken, despite the fact that all were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. I wrote to Goldhome and they said they’d send me a relacement, so I’m totally satisfied. I have already gotten 3 compliments on the appearance of this addition to my kitchen!

Iâm satisfied enough to keep this item, but I donât think it is worth the price. I like that almost every spice I wanted a label for was already printed. I also like that they include the white pen and plenty of blank labels.Dislike:- The turning is not smooth. It gets stuck and the unit slides along the counter top. I will apply something to the bottom to keep it in place.- the top is bent (pictured)- The labels have some mis-spellings (many âchipolataâ labels) and inconsistencies. Some are capitalized, some arenât.- This is not a big deal, because I can just write one, but there is no label for Oregano, of all things.

Sturdy but damaged
I love the color and sturdiness of it but it came damaged. The Amazon box it came in was opened and then someone taped it shut with clear tape. The product box was dented, bent and spins now. When opened the top is dented in many places and the containers lids are dented and the supports are bent under the top area. It looks like someone opened the outside box dropped it and then closed it back up.Update: I decided I would exchange it for a new one. The new one came in and it was perfect, no dents or dings.
