Yes. Use with any nonstick cook ware. The white small wand is good for 1 egg or quick small blend or whisk. The balloon whisks are perfect size to add air to any recipe ingredients. They really smooth out and blend to thicken my cheese sauces. No lumps. Even with tapioca. Smooth thickening and airation.

I ordered this set of wisks as we recently purchsed new expensive pots and pans for our new induction stove and they need to be used with silicone or wood utensils so our current stainless steel wisks are a no no.The items arrived in a plain branded carboard box. Inside were the 3 sillicone dipped wisks as well as a small wisk with what appears to be a spoon on one end. The wisks are very sturdy and well coated in silicone. Testing of each wisk produced good results with minumum effort. Because these are stainless steel dipped in silicone I only question how long before the silicone starts to wear off but with proper care and use they should last a long time.Because of the uncertainty of the silicone dip wearing off I have to rate this 4 stars but wouldn’t hesitate to order them again.
