Easy setup and holds well
Holds well. No moving. Very stable. Easy setup, which I adored because who wants to spend all day setting up a dish rack piece by piece. Only complaint is they should make the cup holding metal on the end longer because itâs meant for mugs more so and not any cups too big. It as a struggle for it to hold my mason jars and regular cups. But itâs still worth the price to have it stacked.

Adjust from older to new
I used my older on for so long I got good at stacking dishes lol I liked this one but it took me a min to adjust. The top tier could Be higher. Cup hooks are best for mugs not cups. The drainer is good when it works. silverware holder could be bigger. But I think Iâve mastered it now so I think I like it lol I do like that it holds knives more securely.

No directions, pieces missing, super disappointing
The directions (warning: there are none included in the box — you’ll have to come back to the product listing to see how to assemble this dishrack!) lie. Tier A does NOT snap onto Tier B. In fact, none of the pieces attach to each other at all, which makes this 100% useless unless you want to “Macgyver it” by fastening everything together with zip ties. Dimensions are perfect for my teeny kitchen but the rest of this is pure junk. Sending it back.

Two tiers very unstable
The top tier does not snap into the bottom as shown in their diagram and in the directions. Therefore since it does not snap in, you cannot put a lot of items on top because it is very unstable. The silverware holder in the picture looks much wider than it actually is with few teeny holes in the bottom. I would say the Engineers need to go back to the drawing board on this product. I don’t recommend you waste your money on it.
