If you are anything like me you wonder if the reviews you read are fraudulent? You read excellent reviews for the product your are interested in and from those “trusted” reviews you make the purchase. That is me 100%. I run across quite a few reviews that are not even related to the product! LOL so yea, I’m always skeptical of any of my hard-earned $$ I spend!Anyways, I am as real as it gets. Take my word for it 😉 Single-Dad here, full-time slave for “the man”.So I purchased the black dishes that were once available. Seems only white now but I will probably purchase the white set as well. Extra dishes are necessary with a teenager.I like these dishes. I really do. The black is glossy and looks elegant in the cabinet. I like the dishes because there not make for dwarves! I do not like small sized portions; below the standard size dishes.I like the bowls the most because there deep enough to add quite a bit of grub. Plates as well.The dishes are on the thin side but I don’t get the impression that I need to handle it like an egg.I have yet to use these because we just moved. If anything, maybe stacking the bowls etc on top of one another may scrape up the elegant black finish. Just something to be aware of if it matters to you at all.I really don’t care! LOLI can truthfully acknowledge that the reviews on here are legit. I do not regret my purchase, and as I said earlier, I will be buying the white set soon. Glad to have some decent dishes at a fair price!

Beautiful but needs attention
I love this set of plates! I prefer the darker colors in the kitchen, so the majority of things we have are black, grey and so on. My husband and I fell in love with these plates and they are even more good looking in person. They are sturdy but not too heavy so they are easy to handle, safe for the oven, microwave and dishwasher.A curious fact: it’s better to wash them in the dishwasher because the finish look is way better. If you’re going to wash them yourself, make sure to dry them right away with a dry cloth. Otherwise, if you let it air dry, you’d inevitably get water marks and you’d need to rub them with a wet cloth in order to erase them. I realized this doesn’t happen when they air dry after the dishwasher cycle, they turn out with no water marks.Overall I recommend these plates, they are a great addition to our kitchen.

Excellent purchase
When I saw these dishes I immediately thought I wanted them; they look just like the few I have left from my original set. Then I read the reviews and I was certain. I love the simplicity of plain white on my table, because it’s so fun and easy to dress the rest of the table for any occasion.Another feature I REALLY APPRECIATE about this set is the fact that it’s so durable. Our son and grandson are each on the Autism spectrum and have ADHD; we have a lot of accidents at our house due to carelessness. They also seem to be extremely scratch resistant which I also appreciate. I feel that when dishes are scratched they are no longer safe to use.To sum up my review of the HOME ELVES table ware – I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase. I believe the value for the money was unbelievable. Rarely does one find such an excellent product for such a low price. I highly recommend this product.

Shatter Resistant Plates
I like these plates. Theyâre simple, clean and elegant. I bought them because we renovated our kitchen and installed a tile floor, which weâve never had before. All my plates, glasses and bowls, anything not made of plastic, have shattered as a kid (or sometimes an adult) has dropped it on the tile floor. I was hoping tempered glass plates would be more resistant and so far theyâve worked! Someone dropped one on the tile floor and it didnât shatter, break, or even chip. The only small downside of these plates is that the dinner plate wonât fit in our dishwasher. We donât have an adjustable rack in the dishwasher. But itâs not a big deal to wash them by hand.

I am very pleased with this set for the following reasons. first, there are six sets so great for any family gathering. I tend to get a new set for each xmas and new year. the sets include one cereal size bowls for soups and breakfast. one big dinner plate and one salad plate. the big dinner is perfect for turkey, steaks and ham dinner. Second, the quality is not just ceramic but fine ceramic. I have stoneware, ceramic, and fine china. This set is almost fine china quality with cheaper price. It is physically thinner but weigh less. Finally, the set stacks really well , it saves a lot of space on the shelf.

These are very nice dinnerware set. Good quality plates bowls and dishes. They come in a set of eighteen. Nice bright white color.Very nice dishes. Perfect weight, not too light or too heavy. Feel like more expensive plates. Looks great for everyday or for a formal dinner. Love the sizes and love the bowls! Iâm using them everyday. Great for microwave and dish washer.Great set and great price! They are the perfect sizes and seem very durable. The bowls are not tiny at all and work great for salads and cereal. Highly recommend!
