My goodness! The high quality of knife set really expresses me with all tools for a cook to cut fruits, vegetables and meat, even the bone in meat. Surprising the roll bag also contains a knife sharpening steel rod which is used to get knives sharp. I don’t think I need it as all the knives in the set are so sharp and well made. Even after I cut bone and meat, not dull at all.

I use these knifes everyday and they hold a edge very well. For only spending just shy of 20$ a knife it a great starter set. I never owned my own chef knifes before and I can say these are decent. Gives you an idea of what you like and don’t like and if you do happen to chip one or rust one your only out like 20$ instead of 100-130$. For Amazon I definitely say it 4.8 star quality. Just wish the guard was more secure.
