I use these knifes everyday and they hold a edge very well. For only spending just shy of 20$ a knife it a great starter set. I never owned my own chef knifes before and I can say these are decent. Gives you an idea of what you like and donât like and if you do happen to chip one or rust one your only out like 20$ instead of 100-130$. For Amazon I definitely say it 4.8 star quality. Just wish the guard was more secure.
