I bought 2 Dexam nonstick woks at TJ Maxx and have to leave reviews here to warn anyone thinking of buying them that they were extremely defective, which is unfortunate because they otherwise seemed perfect. Both had issues with the nonstick coating flaking off despite gentle use. I noticed the coating starting to flake off the first pan I purchased, despite never having used high heat or metal utensils, and figured it may have simply been a defective item. I purchased a new wok, where this time, I noticed the SECOND time I used it, despite again, not using high heat or metal utensils, the coating started flaking off into my food WHILE I was cooking it. At least I bought them extremely on sale and spent ~$20 on both of them combined– do NOT spend over $30 on this, it’s going to fall apart.

Aussi pour son prix, car je suis un débutant pour ce genre de cuisine. le livre de recettes commandé en même temps est livré dans le même colis, il est solide, et le manche en bois parfait pour le manier à la main. Accompagné de quelque notifications pour l’entretient, il ne me reste plus qu’à l!essayer et me mettre aux fourneau pour une nouvelle cuisine.
