Great design, well built.
These are some wonderful measuring spoons. Very solid casting, and the slim profile does fit into spice jars. A very useful design. Only complaint is that the etching for the spoon volume is difficult to read. Should be more prominent.

I liked the heavy-duty feel of these spoons, was glad to see the set included a half-tablespoon, and thought the attached leveler was a great idea. However, the dark finish of the spoons made the measurements very hard to read.

This is a nice, compact set, with lots of spoons in it, including the elusive half-tablespoon which is sometimes left out (sets often jump from tablespoon to teaspoon).In particular, the attraction for me was the shape of these spoons. All of them, even the biggest (tablespoon), fit right into a normal spice jar, which round measuring spoons just don’t do. This is a big convenience.I was a little unsure about the shape. I thought maybe they’d be harder to fill up, with their elongated form, than round spoons. But it’s not really a problem at all. In fact, there are circumstances under which the long shape is a little easier to work with than round spoons. For instance, using a jar of Better than Bouillon, it was easier to dip the long spoon in and remove the sticky stuff from it than it is with a round spoon. It comes with a leveler, which is OK, though it has to be taken off the ring to be used; you might just as well use a butter knife that’s lying around.The quality here is excellent, better than my two other measuring spoon sets. The stainless is heavy; and a magnet will stick to it (unlike one of the other sets I have). And the dark metal color, which I thought might look cheap, is actually very fine and appealing, and it cleans up in the dishwasher very well.At $14.79, this is an excellent value. I’d go so far as to say that, if you need one measuring spoon set, this should be the one.
