Best home wok, especially for induction cooktop
the larger flat bottom than most home woks have makes for great coverage that is so important on an induction cooktop. I’ve had several woks over the years and this one beats them all. the size is perfect to cook for one or two people. The all hammered steel makes for a good sear with less oil than others and the super non stick coating appears to be tough and long lasting. (only time will tell.) easy to clean.

I wanted a carbon steel pan that is non-stick because of seasoning, not anything with a Teflon coating. This pan definitely has the Teflon coating which defeats the carbon steel build, and the product description was very misleading, mentioning something like pre-seasoned cast iron skillet. It does look well built and light weight enough to maneuver, and the non stick coating looks good when new. I don’t know how well the coating is going to last though.

Incredible Wok/ Pot
I love this pot or Wok whatever you wanna call it. It really works. It has a nonstick surface but does not peel like a lot of nonstick surfaces do. Iâve used one of these pots for over a year, frying bacon, stir, frying, boiling pasta, and that has never let me down.I liked it so much I bought two more

It’s not oven safe, which most of my pots/pans are. But it’s a fair trade for how much I use it. Frying (or stir frying) anything leaves so much less splatter on the stove. So far, even though I use high heat a lot, it doesn’t seem to have affected the non stick coating.Would I buy it again? Absolutely.
