Beautiful Steak Knife
I literally had just finished grilling the thick ribeye steaks and as they were resting the steak knives were delivered. They are in a very sturdy storage box and they fit in there nice and tight and cozy. Each were wrapped and had a plastic protective point tip as a guard. I washed them up quickly and got to slicing up my steak!THEY ARE GREAT! The wood is so smooth, the weight was just perfect, the serrated teeth are nice and sharp just like in the video. I’m sure the edge retention will last if I don’t saw logs with them. They washed up beautifully in warm soapy water. I dried them thoroughly so they are stored just like new. I’m going to have steak more often now because these are a perfect tool at a great price!

I needed a decent chefâs knife and donât have the funds (or the youth) for something expensive anymore. It has a nice weight and balance, is razor sharp out of the box. It comes with a plastic sheath and has tip and back of blade plastic tips. Iâm keeping it in the box as I donât have a knife magnet. Nice balance to it. I either will be easy enough to keep that razor sharp with needed steeling and honing. I like it – a lot. If I need a different size Iâll probably buy from this company again.

It sliced meat against the grain with ease right out of the box. Bought this as a steak knife for select cuts. After we cook our wagyu to perfection we use this fine piece of cutlery to trim the perfect slices of beef. Some thin slices with perfect marbling and others a lil thicker. You will need a honing rod as these knives need sharpening after a few uses which is typically the case for these style of knives. It’s a great knife especially for the price and work awesome.

These knives have excellent blades, and sturdy, well-secured handles. The entire knife is comfortably balanced. The set of 6 are safely packaged with protective point coverings. They are artistically crafted and pleasure to use. The one flaw is that the item heading reads “non-serrated” but the lower “blade edge” states “serrated”. The blade is non-serrated, thankfully, but this wording contradiction needs correcting. I highly recommend this reasonably priced, quality steak knife set.

Great knives, bad ordering experience
The knives are amazing. Seem to be built well, very sharp and cut very well. I donât know if it was the people selling the knives or Amazon, but they led me to believe they had the product when they didnât and then I ended up having to wait over a week and a half just to get them but other than that, I like the knives.

I have previously used German knives, which while good when sharp, tend to blunt quickly, so I was hoping this knife would keep it’s edge longer. Been using regularly since Christmas and so far it is still nice and sharp, I find this knife a pleasure to use, the shape of the blade is great, wooden handle looks really nice and comfortable to use, not too heavy either. Definitely my best kitchen knife, be careful when unpacking, it really is razor sharp when new. Highly recommended and a good price for the quality.
