Works as expected
Cute little waffle maker that makes nice waffles. I like the different plates that come with it so you can make them in interesting designs, allowing creativity. The plates are easy to put in place and remove, and they wash easily. I use a little butter or avocado oil and the waffles remove very easily. Just be careful and familiarize yourself with the instructions. It does get hot and you have to be careful not to get burnt. If you follow the instructions, you won’t have a problem.

When I first started using it – I was worried that it would take me forever to make my whole waffle batter due to the size, however, it heated up quickly and then cooked quickly. Fun item to add cooking options for single servings
Bought this as I was seeing so many videos with recipes for making appropriate sized meal portions. First one I got did not heat up but they quickly exchanged with no issues. The replacement heats well and expands my options for meals. I intentionally bought one with removable plates for ease of cleaning, but if it overflows the runny mix can still find its way under the plate. Cleaning the plates is easy but cleaning the rest is not. I wish it had an intended drain area like my old Foreman Grill.

Fun way to cook waffles, cornbread waffles, etc. easy to use. The removable plates make clean up a breeze. And it comes with a box to store the extra plates. It only makes one small waffle at a time so be prepared for it to take a while to cook a batch.

Cooks nicely, don’t overfill
I really love this waffle maker. I attached a video to show how much to fill the plate. It only requires a tiny bit of oil (i used avacado) to not stick. The amount I sprayed on the top was even a little more than needed. Pour slowly so you don’t overfill it. It will puff up and separate the plates while cooking, then come back together when ready to be opened. You will hear less sizzling when it is fully cooked. I really love this thing. It is cute, cooks well, the plates are easy to remove and clean. It feels sturdy. It will take me longer to cook enough for my kids, but i don’t mind.

Donât waste your money! Poor design
This mini waffle maker has made the rounds on social media as the perfect way to make no carb waffles for keto/carnivore diet. It is not sealed well and allows whatever you put on hot plate to leak in and thru the body (and i assume all thru electrical components) making a huge mess on your counter and nearly impossible to clean food out of the crevices. There is no latch to close the lid. It gets super hot, and you cannot open the lid without steaming off your fingers and/or causing the unit to slide around or tip over on the counter. There is no handle or safe place to hold the unit. Burn hazard! Pic of cutting board shows liquid that leaked thru body of unit and ended up below unit. I had to lean it on itâs side, after cooling down, to allow liquid to drain out. I did not overfill it with liquid. Did not overfill at all. Even though it was super hot on outside, it took 9+ minutes to cook 1 waffle.

Muy fácil de hacer y si quedan bien hechos. Más limpio que hacer hotcakes en un sartén. No es aeropuerto para niños ya que las placas se calientan mucho y tardan en enfriar por lo que hay que tener mucho cuidado al querer usar más de una figura. Son muy pequeños casi de la mitad de un hit cake normal pero para niños pequeños está muy bien.

Yo tengo una wafflera grande, la cual era una moneda al aire para que mi waffle de avena saliera bien, ya que en ocasiones se terminaba pegando horrible (adjunto foto).Por lo que opté por comprar una mini, mi lógica fue que quizá al ser más pequeño se cocinarÃa mejor sin quemarse o pegarse.Y asà fue, los que suelen hacer este tipo de comidas a base de avena sabrán que necesitas algo de práctica y paciencia para que quede bien y no se haga un desastre.Si buscas cocinar con avena de una forma muy sencilla, esta es una muy buena opción. Solo sà recomiendo usar un antiadherente cada 2 waffles.La razón por la que no le doy 5 estrellas, es que en la imagen de Amazon muestra que viene una placa en forma de corazón y una calabaza sin caras dibujadas. Las cuales no vienen incluidas y eran el motivo por el cual me animé a conprar este modelo. ð®âð¨Sà vienen las 6 placas que promete (en cantidad) pero no los diseños mencionados en la publicación.EspecÃficamente sà incluye:â¢Calabaza con carita.â¢Cara santa Claus.â¢Placa plana para hotcakes.
