Very delicious, with toasty crispy tortillas and melted cheese.I think it will be fun to make single servings, but if youâre cooking for more than one or two people maybe get a big griddle or use a pan.Itâs so freaking cute and tiny though, I love it. I had once thought these tiny appliances were just gimmicks and actually gave away a couple without really giving them a try. I got hooked into some YouTube videos showing me all the ways you can have quick meals for one and nearly no clean up required. I have a passion for over easy eggs but get lazy about all the clean up and I’m not the best at frying eggs. I break them often when trying to flip. Well, no longer a problem. This is so stinking cute & functional. I purchased this for my 10 year old daughter who likes to cook. She can easily make fried egg sandwiches, pancakes, grilled cheese, etc. with this without having to use our gas stove. Perfect.

Needs removable plates for cleaning and better cord storage.
It’s not as important for the waffle maker, but the griddle needs to have removable plates. If you use it to make fried eggs, it becomes increasingly harder to clean, particularly around the edges and at the point where the metal bends. You’re not supposed to submerge it because of the interior wiring, so the instructions say to wipe it with a soft wet cloth, which is not very effective. You can buy a different version of the griddle with removable plates, but that one forces you to also buy multiple other plates, which defeats the point of having something so small for easy storage. It would be better if there was an option with only those two removable plates, so you can just take them off, wash them by hand and then put them back on. It also needs a better way to store the cable. The base has a little area to wrap the cable around, but if you wrap the cable all the way around it, the plug ends up underneath the griddle, keeping it from sitting straight. If you leave it unwrapped enough so that it will sit flat, you have several inches of cable still hanging loose. There’s also no way to secure it when you wrap it, unless you opt for having the griddle sitting crooked on top of the plug, so the cable just comes unwound anyway. If you pick it up while cleaning the counters, the cable just falls completely loose. The small size is convenient if you have limited counter space and are living by yourself. It cooks fried eggs through in about a minute, and it doesn’t take long to preheat. I’ve also used it to toast English muffins and bagels, albeit half at a time. It can be frustrating to deal with because of the cord and cleaning issues, though. You may want to invest in some hook and loop cable ties or keep the twisty ties handy for the cord. Also be prepared to not be able to clean it completely, unless you want to scrape the edges with a toothpick.

I live alone. I like things like hamburgers! I hate messing up my entire kitchen to cook one little burger! This little thing is so cute, but it works like a charm! one burger patty, cooked to perfection All I did was all up the meat with some garlic and plopped it on the griddle, close the lid, and that flattened the patty and it cooked in about 8 minutes, to perfection. Not undercooked and not overcooked. Tasted my bun, little cheese that I melted on top (part of it stuck to the top of the griddle, but I picked the edge with a little spatula and it peeled off perfectly and I put it on my burger with the rest of the cheese that had only melted. I travel a LOT for work, and will be bringing this with me to cook in my hotel room instead of eating in a restaurant every meal. Its small, so its easy to portion your meal too!! I thought it was going to be junk, but to my surprise, its awesome!!
