Lots of fun!! Must buy
Easy cleaning. Easy to use. Cake mix works very nicely. I like it better than cupcakes. The donuts are a nice size. People eat about three. If you eat whole set it will fill you up. Great value makes cute donuts they are warm and fresh so tastes great. Would buy again.

This thing is so much fun!
This machine turns making sweet treats into entertainment. I’ve tried several recipes and all have been hits. The recipe using apple juice is especially tasty. I’m not a fan of having to flip them over after a minute and a half, but they turn out so well by doing it, it’s worth the effort. Clean up is also extremely easy – just wipe it out with a clean sponge and you’re done. Super find!

Purchased for my daughter (8yr) and was a little skeptical of quality bc of the low price and reviews cautioning sticking, but it was super easy and successful (and yummy!) . Their recipe was delicious and we used a bit of corn oil between batches to grease surfaces and had no sticking at all. Would absolutely recommend. Totally adorable

Makes cake like doughnuts!
This is a pretty decent donut maker! They make almost old-fashioned cake donuts and you can either make a glaze or a powdered sugar topping. Itâs pretty simple to use an easy to clean, I would recommend it if you like cake donuts. But if you think youâre getting regular donuts, donât purchase this. Ha ha ha

Great little gadget for quick desserts
Love this little guy! I made cinnamon roll donuts with refrigerator donut dough. Took 4 minutes and they were delicious! Slightly crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Tomorrow I am making brownies. I highly recommend.

Easy and fun
This was our first time using the mini donut maker since I purchased it several months ago. My son had been asking for donuts and I kept forgetting. I love traditional frosted and glazed donuts, not a fan really of cake donuts. I wanted to try a yeast recipe but I haven’t yet. I used a box of Duncan Hines Moist Yellow Cake mix and prepared it according to the box instructions. I used chocolate frosting for some and made a glaze with powdered sugar, a little vanilla extract, salt and milk for the others. I dipped about half the glazed donuts in sprinkles. The don’t maker gets very hot pretty quickly. I didn’t spray the inside with oil though the instructions recommend you do, they still came out rather easily. I used a mini spatula. These require a lie of hands on attention. I piped the donuts in the maker using a piping bag. Let them bake up to 1.5 minutes and then flipped them, I think 1 minute to 1 minute 15 sec was best. Then let them bake another minute. Then gently slip the mini spatula in there top scoop them out. They didn’t stick at all. Then I allowed them to cool a few minutes and topped them to suit kids tastes. It was fun and using the cake mix turned out much better than I expected. It wasn’t too much like a cupcake and wasn’t as dense as a cake donut, they actually seemed like bakery donuts almost. I had no trouble cleaning. After it cooled down I just wiped it off with a damp cloth. I think the design is pretty cute. I have a cart that I stock all my novelty kitchen appliances in. It doesn’t take up a lot of space but it isn’t something I would use regularly. Just for fun. These would be fun to bring in for coworkers to enjoy, my kids had fun sharing them with their friends.

If this review was solely based on how well it works it would get 4 stars. I love the machine it works amazingly. It loses a star because of the instructions and recipes provided. The instructions say to cook forn1 minute then flip and cook for another 41/2 minutes, if you do that they will burn. The recipes provided also make very thick dense doughnuts. Iâve had to modify the recipes to make the doughnuts just right.
