I gave this product 4 star because it works. There is nothing wrong with it, it holds up, very sturdy. But it doesn’t do anything more than a regular spoon wouldnt do, or your hands. I jumped on the sourdough train and bought all the cute amd fancy “tools”, thinking this was one of them. Save your money and buy one of those baskets, a scraper, or put the funds towards a really good scale.This is hard to wash and does nothing special that a spoon can’t do.
