I absolutely love my new Cukor 7 Qt Dutch Oven! I was having trouble baking my Sourdough Bread andIt was my Dutch oven that I was previously using. I have had perfect Sourdough Bread every time since I got myCUKOR Dutch Oven. It is perfect for this. Itâs for any other job you need but I bake my Bread a few times a week anAnd Iâm so happy about my purchase! I love the dark blue color too. So beautiful! I havenât had any stains in the ivory color inside at all. I noticed that in other pans I looked at. Itâs very heavy, which is exactly what I was looking for but not too heavy to pick up and remove from the oven. The quality is outstanding. I highly recommend this pan!!!

This oven is heavy, solid , and boy can it cook up some dough. Wife has been baking up a storm. Got a good price on the unit. Love the look and feel as well as the bread that comes out of it. A good tool to have for your kitchen . You won’t be disappointed.

Versatile Cukor Cast Iron Dutch Oven
Overall, the Cukor Cast Iron Dutch Oven is a great choice for a Dutch Oven or pan that is versatile and durable. It could be used to cook a variety of dishes, but I wanted this pan for when I braise my meat in the oven. Typically I brown it on the stove top and then move it to the oven to slowly braise. I like that I can use the same pan for the stove top and the oven. I also prefer to use cast iron. This cast iron is coated with a white enamel. I will need to learn how to care for this, but it is nice to be able to have the enamel because I can cook tomato products without damaging the cast iron. I did realize that I need to not use metal utensils with the enamel. I already use wooden spoons and spatulas. I found the Dutch oven heated very evenly on the stove top. My food did not stick to the pan. It was very easy to clean. The crusted material on the sides from the roast being braised for 2 hours easily wiped off. I did end up slightly staining the white enamel with my red wine and tomato sauce. I like that I donât have to worry about the pan rusting like I do with my iron skillets. It says it is dishwasher safe, but does not recommend it. I have decided I will only hand wash mine. The Cukor Cast Iron Dutch Oven is a great option. It looks like and performs like the pricier brands of enameled cast iron Dutch Ovens. The Cukor Cast Iron Dutch Oven is very reasonably priced. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy this again. However, I doubt that I would need to because it will last forever.

I have a smaller cast iron cooker that use a lot but I wanted a larger one to fit a whole chicken or roast in. It makes the meat so tender and cleans up easily. I used it to make bread and that worked great too! I especially like the plastic handles for removing it from the oven while itâs hot. They work great!
