Did a turkey using this. Thought it was kinda flimsy looking but it surprised me and held the bird perfectly, made it easy to transfer to the cutting board. Clean up was a snap.

Center Pin Too Long
The center pin that holds the two halves of the turkey roasting rack was 1/16th of an inch too long. I couldn’t fit the rack into my 15in long roasting pan with the center pin in. I took it out and tied the ends of each half of the roasting rack together so I could still use it. It’s a great idea and designed well. I wish I had a way to cut that pin down to be a hair shorter. Sturdy and well built. I still like it.

A Must Have !
What a fantastic idea and why did it take so long for someone to think of it ! Totally solves the problem of getting your roasted poultry or beef roast from the rack to the platter with ease and no splatters on counter or stove. So simple….just pull out the rod and remove the rack from both sides. A genius product ! Great price as it’s a lot more money on other sites. Triple the price on one kitchen site.

The way this thing works is a game changer from dripping anything out of a roasting pan. It brings it to the cutting board flawlessly and the Pin removal sets it down on a plate or the cutting board for carving.

It’s ok, but doesn’t stay together all that well
The idea is good, the two halves come apart with a long rod that threads through the bottom to keep them together which can be removed for easy storage. But it’s kind of wobbly and awkward. If you are extremely space constrained, and the ONLY way you could store this would be as two halves, then maybe it’s a good idea. Otherwise, just get one that folds up and pass on this one.Pros: Held a large turkey perfectly, easy to lift out of the roasterCons: The bolt that threads the two halves together is somewhat awkward and feels flimsy.

Have not used it yet, but seems to be a good design. Easy to dissassemble and reassemble. Adequate size. Curious as to whether the top of my roasting pan will fit with the handles of this item. Fairly priced. Seems like good quality (not flimsy). Would recommend.

Used this for Thanksgiving and it was so handy and effective, that I bought another as a gift for a family member. You should note that the handles may interfere with an upper roaster lid if you happen to use one. I use parchment and tinfoil so this was not a problem for me and the turkey is always perfect. The rack was not only sturdy but the easiest thing that could be imagined for a roast rack. Instant cleaning. The minute the roast was done, I lifted the bird with the rack handles and placed it on a serving dish. I pulled the pin as described on the product, and it immediately slide out and the sides pulled away, leaving the bird perfectly in place on the server. Wonderful product!
