Makes me want to cook big main dishes!
I love googling recipes to find big main dishes to cook in this huge pan. My favorite is Thai Peanut Curry. Can keep adding more vegetables all day long. I like to add a can of garbanzo beans after the rest of the curry is done…space is no problem! Also it isn’t hard to get stuck food off the pan. A pan doesn’t have to have one of those eternally aggravating nonstick surfaces to be perfectly serviceable! I’ve had it with nonstick! OK what flavor curry shall I try next?

Yup! I like it!
Heavy duty pan that seems to spread heat evenly. Lid fits great! Cleans up well. Really love the size! Would definitely buy again.

GREAT PAN FOR HEALTHY COOKING, BUT STAINS…
This pan is solid and is made of stainless steel (not stainless, at all). It is perfect for my purposes because the steel is clean and does not leach poisonous metals into the food like aluminum, lead, iron, Teflon, and Teflon-like coatings used for non-stick cooking. However, ceramic coatings are fine. But, this product does stain and is hard to clean… so it looks like new after use. Personally, I’d rather not eat leached poisons into my foods and live with some stains that are common with stainless steel cookware. Calling this cookware “stainless steel” though, is an oxymoron; it communicates a paradox like most advertising.

Cuisinart
I received the 10″” and other pots n pans as a employment anniversary gift. These are really high quality products. I needed a 12 “” skillet for over size cooking . These are heavy, the coating non stick and if something does stick comes out easily during cleaning, heats up evenly just really easy to use , the performance is awesome even though these are more pricey than others they are well worth it.

Very please with how this cooks/sautés/frys food. Perfect size for household meals of 5 adults. Nothing sticks and clean up is much faster than non-stick cookware. 5 stars!

This is a well built, heavy stainless steel pan that is as good as the products that sell for a lot more. I am very please with this purchase.

I like the features, and this is a decent pan, but not top-quality as I would like.I wish I had known this before buying; It looks like the interior ‘stainless steel’ is not 18/10; at least, I got some pitting on the inside (small black dots), perhaps from cooking with undissolved salt touching the pan? My quality stainless fry pans did not show this phenomenon.Still, the price for this is a lot less than a top-of-the-line alternative.

Je lâai utilisé deux et jâai adoré. Elle se lave très bien. Elle est un peu lourde. Mais elle est de très bonne qualité.
