    Small but mighty
This little food processor has been prefect for my needs. It’s high powered and great quality. Very easy to clean and easy to use overall. The first time I used it, it stopped working in the middle of my job. However after troubleshooting and studying the manual I discovered it was an automatic shut off due to being over worked. After letting it rest for about 5 minutes it came right back on and I’ve had no problems with it. Now I know not to overfill it and also not to run it for too long. Would highly recommend!!!

    A great little workhorse
I needed to replace my ancient, inherited mini processor after accidentally dropping it during holiday preparations and after reading dozens of reviews, settled on this model. No regrets.I make homemade dog food for my pets. Slightly smaller than my previous machine, I simply divide the cooked meat into smaller batches to process before returning them to the pot, and the final results are far better than I ever had with that other device. Alternating between the two settings, the contents reverses in direction, providing a consistent, even texture. Because it’s also more efficient, I find the work goes speedier and quieter. Clean up is easy too.Now I need one for “people” food.

    Perfect Size
This machine is small and light enough for me to carry it in one hand, but plenty big to handle the items I need chopped or ground! I just don’t need the larger food processors of my past, this one works perfectly for my needs! My daughter saw it and now wants one for herself. I have already used this food processor more times than the larger ones I had as I leave it on the counter for quick and easy use. I highly recommend this mighty machine!

    Works great
3rd one I’ve had. The housing around blade cracks if you put too much or too hard a food in- like raw carrots.better to fill half way, short bursts. You can buy a whole new machine for not much more than cost of replacement blade…

I’m having a problem removing the unit after use.
I bought this 4 cup food processor because I only had a one 1 cup food processor.I’m not happy with its functionality. The center blade is very difficult to remove afterI have used it. Today, both the center blade and the complete cylinder would not comeoff the base. I managed to put a toothpick in the extraction hole & it extracted the unit.If you are going to design a unit that needs to punch an extraction hole, It should be ina better location NOT UNDER the chopper for bowl. It should be located on the motor base.

    Great
Don’t you love it when a product does what it advertises? I am in love with this Cuisinart 4 cup food processor. I first saw it on America’s Test Kitchen in their product testing segment. I needed a small food processor to replace the cheap ones I had purchased, that subsequently broke.(I keep reminding myself, you get what you pay for.) Anyway, this unit is effortless. Easy to put together, a long handle to remove the blade safely and no ridges, so it’s easy to scoop out whatever you put in it. I used it to chop onions and mini peppers and they came out uniform in size, minced not mush, with just a few pulses on the button. I had the same good results chopping walnuts, uniform pieces. It’s easy to clean and the size is perfect. Whether you keep out or store it in your cabinet, it takes up minimal space. This is a great unit and I highly recommend it.
