PAINFULLY SHARP (IN A GOOD WAY!)
Washing the knives by hand, my wife sliced the end of her finger, and didn’t even know it until she was done with the dishes. These knives are wicked sharp, and have cut steak, pork chops, and chicken easily. The knife glides through it like a knife through soft butter. Plus, these can be sharpened. Yay! No more serrations at the tip of the knife!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these knives. They are very sharp, easy to handle and sharpen with ease. I have small hands and husband has large hands; we are both comfortable with the handle size. I would buy these again, but I don’t think I will have to. I hand wash them so they should last many years.
