Love this knife!
I havenât had a good knife for cutting bread for a long time! I keep getting ones that tear the bread instead of cutting it. But this one is amazing! I have used it multiple times and it works so well!And I like that it has a cover for the blade when you are not using it.

Great knife for cutting bread
The knife is exactly what I was looking for to cut bread without making too many crumbs. Sturdy and handles well. The sheath is great in keeping fingers safe while taking the knife out of the silverware drawer.

Bread knives aren’t really made to be resharpened, so the hardness of the steel and the cost of the product are key determining factors, apart from the design and quality of construction. This knife is designed well enough to have good balance and not mash my fingers against the chopping board, while also boasting a robust, seamless riveted construction made with practical materials- a non-slip polymer for the rounded, comfortable handle and decently hard stainless steel for the blade itself. All this for a really affordable price. I find it hard not to likeI also have the chef’s knife and would give it 4 stars, for a less comfortable, chunky handle with less rounded edges and a thick, blocky blade relative to the more refined offerings from Mercer and the like for just a little more $
