I have boought numerous, expensive knives and have been disappointed in them all. These ceramic knives are reasonably priced and the best knives I have ever owned. They retain sharpness better than the stainless steal, and comfortable to use, an be easily sharpened with a countertop sharpener when needed. Wish I had tried these years ago. I love these 2 knives! I use them every day! The larger one is serrated, and it is my favorite. However, the smaller one is great also. Also, the colors are so vibrant, and the quality of the knives are A+++! Highly recommend! You will use them all the time!
