So far, the pans work great on our new induction stove. Pans are flat and have some heft to them. They hold their heat well. Non-stick feature works perfect. Easy to clean with paper towel. Would buy again.

I am amazed by how slick these babies are! I stopped buying Teflon when health and environmental concerns were raised about PFOA and PFOS, so I switched to anodized. I don’t remember new anodized surfaces ever being as totally non-stick as these are and I am not using any oil at all for the time being. Just ordered new silicon tipped tongs in 3 sizes to compliment my (old) long tongs and silicon spatulas, so (with any luck) they will stay in good shape for a long time.Giving them 4 stars, simply because I haven’t had the pans long enough to give them 5… which means they have durability too.

haven’t had any problems. Have had them for a while now. u do have to had a little oil or grease for a completely non stick and nice brown, but they cook evenly and are for the most part non stick.

good heat didtribution, heats quicker than other similar pans. so far the stainless exterior has cleaned easily, but i try to keep my cersmic top stove clean too which helps.heavy weight pan seems durable. be careful to only use wood or silicone or pladtic type utensils with it or it may scratch.packaged well for shipment. no scraping or scratching of pans occured from shipping.

Amazing. They heat up quickly on my induction stove top and hold the heat. They are sturdy, handles stay cool and the surface is strong. As with any coated pan never wash it out when finished until its cooked down. I highly recommend this duo set.

Used daily, no longer non-stick after 1 year. Nothing was peeling but the pan was left with food sticking in it that can no longer be cleaned off. For its price, would be better if it lasted longer.
