Whatâs in a name?
Been looking for a one person size roasting pan for months!! Bought and returned two since until I found this little gem!
At > 14 x 11â, the size is perfect for a spatchcocked Cornish hen, small pork roast, etc.
But call it a lasagna pan? I do all of my lasagnas in glass.
Anywho, am loving it and plan on BUNCHES of roasts!

What a great deal for the price! This is a well made heavy gage piece of metal that does not submit to my methods of kitchen torture at all! I burned a lobster tail on it and it came out of the oven blackened and when I washed it, it washed up easily and looked like new! Its also the perfect size, not too big like some of the pans i used to have were and not too small. Just right for the normal kitchen oven. I just love the affordable quality of the pan. Maybe I should try burning err I mean baking some Lasagna in it sometime. I have misused it and it works wonderfully. What a deal!

I bought this to replace my ceramic roasting pan which even after lots of scrubbing and soaking, was so grimey and gross. I was nervous this one being stainless steel wouldn’t be easy to clean, but it’s almost like it’s a nonstick pan. So I love that it’s stainless steel for health benefits but so easy to clean! Even when things look cooked on, I just make sure I soak it long enough and things slide right off with a sponge. It’s been a year now and it’s still so great and sturdy and not breaking down at all. I’m in love 🙂

Cooks Chicken very well and other meats To clean up pan, add hot water to pan and leave for one hour or more, then clean-up is much easier.
