This is a super product!
Cuisinart has done it again, this is just a super product. It is sturdy, it heats quickly, it retains the heat, it’s a real Workhorse because I use it almost every day, and it cleans up perfectly. What more could you ask! Love it.

Love This Wok!
I really like this wok! Easy to clean, good weight, lid fits perfectly. Not just for cooking stir fry. If thereâs a con, there was a weird smell to the pan the first two times I used it but now itâs gone. Maybe, I should have seasoned it in the oven first? Itâs not too late though. Also, I recommend bamboo utensils when cooking with this pan to minimize scratches. I have to remind myself to âstirâ the food when cooking, not scrape the pan.I hope to get many years of use out of this wok. I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again if the arises.

Amped up our stir fry meals! But use for so much more!
This pan has been perfect for what we were looking for. Rice is kind of a staple in our home, so leftovers become stir fry about once a week. We had used a frying pan (deep chicken fryer type), but you canât really flip with those, so we went on a hunt. Had to be large enough for 5 servings +, dishwasher safe, and nonstick. This one fit the bill, so we gave it a try. Now itâs in regular rotation for anything that needs sautéed. Green beans and garlic in EVOO, pasta with lemon, kielbasa with fried potatoes? All cooked wonderfully in this pan. Iâm thrilled with it.

Best multi purpose pan ever!!!
I have owned SEVERAL Pampered Chef 14″ pans; loved the pans dearly but eventually either the interior deteriorated or the handle broke/split off. I purchased several other pans (including pot and pan SET(S), a fancy cobalt blue wok pan, etc.) in attempt to replace my beloved Pampered Chef pan to no avail. This particular however has FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS (even though it’s 12″ vs. my original 14″ pan size). I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS PAN!!!

Great product, but not perfect.
A quarter (one forth for US readers ;-)) of our family’s meals are cooked in a Wok, so when our old wok started rusting we replaced it with this wok.It is easy to clean, has an all metal construction including handles and excellent heat distribution. We use both metal and wooden utensils with the Wok and the cover fits well and is made from heat proof glass with a metal handle. It is a bit heavier than many woks we looked at, but this is not a problem in general as the cover is close to half of the weight. This means while cooking it is easy to manouver and tilt, but you really do need 2 hands to move it once the cover is on and there is food in it.The non-stick coating works very well, but does scratch, probably when using the metal utensils. This is my only concern so far as i cannot tell if over time the scratches will reduce the effectiveness of the coating. At the moment, the scratches do not seem to affect the wok and i hope this continues. We purchased this wok specifically becasue of the all metal construction and manufacturers indication that metal utensils are fine to use with this wok.

I absolutely love this pan
I absolutely love this pan. I spent many years collecting a set of Calphalon hard anodized aluminum cookware, but never felt great about the non-stick version they now make. I especially did not want to pay Calphalon prices and have the coating come off in a few years. I tried this pan and immediately fell in love. The coating seems better than most non-stick pans I’ve seen, although only time will tell if it stays on. However, this is not an expensive pan comparatively, and if there is a problem in the future, it won’t be such a problem to replace on pan. I’ve used it in the oven, no problem. It cleans up easily and food does not stick with even the slightest amount of cooking spray used. I’m so pleased that I’ve ordered another pan in a smaller size. The stainless and glass lid fits securely and is sturdy. My daughter just bought an entire set to replace her worn inexpensive cookware that served her through college.

Good for the first few month, and then sticky
We have been using cheap frying woks (<$10) from Chinese market and Ikea for many years. These usually last about a year before the non-sticking coating starts to fail. So this time we decided to spend a bit more and hoped that it would last longer. We bought this one in April, 2010, and by the end of 2010, the wok became very sticky, especially when light-frying marinated pork which we cooked almost everyday. We have only used wooden utensils when stiring, yet this wok still underperforms the cheaper ones of 1/5 of its price. This earns it no star. The one star is given to its heavy weight, which helps significantly in trapping heat. This is especially useful if the stove has low heat output, which is true for most American household gas ranges.
