Perfect match
I managed to break the tip of my paring knife in my knife set & it use it the most so cannot be without one. As it’s a Cuisinart I was hoping it would be a close match. It’s exact. You’d never know I broke the original. I love the brand & set for a reasonably priced knife set. I like having a sharp set to start with & I keep my blades sharp with my own whetstone set, honing in between proper sharpening. These knives hold a decent edge when used for their proper usage. The handles are just right for my hands. I’ll use the other knife for cutting meat & small loaves of bread & tomatoes.

Thank goodness for returns
I’ll give the return process 5 stars but this was such a bummer. I was really looking forward to these. I’ve always loved Cuisinart. But to get them with a cancer warning about toxic metal stuff being in them, wasn’t…..well wasn’t thrilling and didn’t feel safe. Bummer Cuisinart. Real bummer.
