This is nice and big. Cleans super easy. Excellent durability. It holds full batches so I do not have use 2 cookie sheets. It’s flat edge allows me to use it as a pizza peel. I can easily slide bread or pizza dough on to the pizza stone.

Heavy duty. Not easy to handle.
This is a heavy duty sheet. We havenât used it much yet. But I am sure it will do a great job creating even heat. Although it does have the typical turned-up edge along one side, I donât find it easy to get a good grip on it to take it out of the oven. Maybe because itâs heavier than our other sheets.
