Really happy with it!
Tbh, I bought this because I needed one, and I liked the way this one looked. Williams Sonoma sells one from All-Clad that looks similar, but is much more expensive, plus the one from All-Clad has a non-stick interior, which I did NOT want. I wanted good old crock that wouldn’t scratch and can go in the dishwasher without worry. I’ve had it for a few months…works great! My main concern was the reviews about the exterior getting really hot. It does get hot, but as long as you’re mindful, you’ll be fine. I always just keep in scooted back on the counter and remind others that it’s on and hot when I use it. I’m including a clip of me touching the rubber handles, which work great, and the exterior, to help others have context for the heat-level.

Love the size, the finish, easy to use, pot roast turned out perfectly even on the faster cook speed. Iâve since bought liners so it will be even easier to clean, very happy with this purchase. Great price too

I had the older model of this same crockpot itâs electronic and I love it so I bought the newer model for my college son who also likes to cook and who also loves it. I love the fact that it is so versatile with all the settings. Whatever number of hours you want and that when itâs done itâs shifts too warm mode if I canât get to it right away itâs nice and big 7 quarts and I like the removable liner very satisfied

Nice basic digital Slow Cooker
This review is for the Crockpot 7 Quart Slow Cooker with Programmable Controls and Digital Timer. I would have given it 5 stars except that the first one we got had a defective timer. I put a stew in for 8:30 and it turned off in a little over 7 hours. To be sure it wasnât âoperatorâ error; I filled it half way with water and set the timer for 8:30. In a little over 2 hours it was already 20 minutes fast. Amazon made returning it easy and I asked for a replacement. When the replacement came I did the water test on it and the timer was fine. So it may have just been a fluke. However, Iâd recommend testing it before using the first time just to be sure. The only issue I have is with the instructions. Fortunately the controls are intuitive. The instructions omit the âModeâ button, which you press to select high or low heat before setting the time by pressing the â+â or â-âbuttons. I cooked a chuck roast as the first meal in it and it came out fine. Cleaning it was easy. Unlike our previous slow cooker, it does not have a rubber gasket around the lid so the smell of what you cooked last does not linger.Quick update after 6 months of use. Still working great. One thing I discovered was that there is no auditory indicator (e.g. beep) when it finishes cooking. I checked the manual and with Crockpot and that is how it is designed.
