I’ll not say these are “break-proof,” if you drop a piece on ceramic tile it’s probably gonna shatter, but they are very attractive and practical pieces for everyday use. If you show them a modicum of care, they will potentially last you a lifetime. I also like that I could buy a 12-piece set instead of the traditional 16, because I did not need the cups/mugs. Nice but not clean when received
The crockery is nice but looked dirty when received. Looked like it had some oil marks inside the bowls but I just cleaned them and kept it in.Rest is all fine.. wishes if it could be a nice clean pack.

Terrible new set used twice 1 plate and one bowl chipped. I have a corelle old set 20 years not a single chip. Not sure if genuine Corelle.

The Corelle plates are great – very lightweight as described. But the Amazon description of the set is wrong. It doesn’t come with 22 cm luncheon plates. If you look at the photo of the side panel of the packaging, you’ll see it comes with 17 cm size appetizer plates, which is what I received.
