Convenient and Cordless, but Some Attachments Are Better Than Others
This immersion blender is great for quick and easy blending, and the cordless design makes it super convenient. I was able to use it right away, and it worked well for my needs. Not being tethered to an outlet is a huge plus, especially when moving around the kitchen.That said, the whisk attachment feels a little flimsy. It works fine for light tasks like whipping eggs or cream, but I wouldn’t use it for anything too thick or heavy—it just doesn’t seem sturdy enough for that. The blender itself is effective, but I don’t love how the blending cup is designed. As far as I can tell, you have to submerge the whole stick in it, which feels awkward and messy. I wish it functioned more like the mini food processor attachment, where you secure the blender stick to the top instead of sticking it directly into the ingredients.Speaking of the food processor attachment, that part is fantastic. I used it to mix peanut butter that had separated, and it worked perfectly, reconstituting it to a smooth consistency in about 30 seconds. That attachment alone makes this blender worthwhile for me.Overall, I really like this immersion blender despite the minor annoyances. It’s much easier to use than my old corded one, which was always a hassle. If you need a cordless option and don’t mind the quirks, it’s a great kitchen tool. I’ll likely use the food processor and whisk often, but I might skip the blending cup just because it seems messy.

It has a USB-C power cord for recharging, an egg beater, a measuring cup, a blending blade, and a mini-food processor. A safety switch is on the opposite side of the variable speed button. The bad: The whisk (egg beater) seems flimsy. The variable speed button does not work that well. It is hard to use at lower speeds, but it will probably be used at higher speeds more often anyway. Lastly, the measurements are hard to read on the clear plastic (see pics). When I got this, it was $59.98, and a $20 coupon was available.

Great Kitchen Tool
I had to get this immersion blender because it is cordless. I cook a lot and often have to blend things right in the pan while they are cooking and my older blender is a bit problematic as the cord gets in the way. This blender is rechargeable and runs good amount of time before needing recharge. It comes with a whisk, steel blade for blending and chopper jar. The variable speed helps control how much power you want while blending. The blender runs when the power button and safety button are held together which seems a bit inconvenient but it’s manageable. I use the chopper a lot for making salsa and it works perfect. I have been using it daily in my kitchen and like the features.

This immersion blender is great for just about anything you can think of making that requires mixing. I wanted it for my granddaughter when my daughter-in-law makes her strained food, such as apples, sweet potatoes, carrots & banana’s. I also use this for mixing my smoothies as the motor mixing capacity has the perfect RPM strength for my morning smoothie routine. Clean-up is a breeze with this unit too.I like that this hand blender is cordless & it comes with 4 different attachments & the fact that you can see on the meter as the battery charges down & when it needs a recharge.All-in-all, I like this blender very much for this price point & I highly recommend it with a 5-star rating!!!
