Bought this knife because we were in charge of the church Christmas dinner. A great time saver. Carved 8 large, smoked turkey breasts and 5 hams. Was able to move around the church kitchen easily with the cordless knife. The blades are sharp, the knife charges quickly, the storage case keeps everything together and the other accessories are a bonus. Carved half a brisket on New Years right off the smoker and the other half the following day when the meat was cold and hard. The knife easily cut through it. Give it a try. Well worth the investment.

Excellent Knives
I purchased this product about 4 months ago. So far it has performed well and it made cutting the ham for Christmas and Thanksgiving a breeze. One thing that I think would help is more clarity around operating the knife. Only one button needs to be pressed to keep the knife cutting although two buttons must be pushed to turn on the electric knife. No issues with the knife this far and I am so glad that I made this purchase.

Well I guess I got one of the bad batches. Turned it on, and it won’t turn off. I called the number on the warranty card. They are sending me a new knife in 3 days. The blades are nice and sharp and it came a few free items, it seems of ok quality. I would encourage anyone to register it with the company for an additional year warranty for free. You’ll probably be needing it.

This is the greatest electric knife I have ever used. It is well balanced and easy to use. All of the knifes I have used in the past were clumsy and had a cumbersome cord attached limiting where you can use it. Perhaps the next time we go camping we will drag it along. Honestly a great value and 5 star unit.I go to give the staff a 5 star as well.
