Good price; use for pan frying
I use this for pan frying as the height size cuts down flying hot avocado oil/bacon fat. The RIM has a rollback (?) lip, grease less likely to run down side when pour out onto steamed veggies. Nice wide insulated handles. Also the lid’s handle is exceptionally tall, allows to lay lid upside down, it “dips” as angle allows to reach handle w/o touching hot lid. Probably could have worded it better.
