Great Kettle but go Bigger
I love this kettle. It’s super well built and heavy. My only issue is not with the kettle but with me. I use this kettle for making beer using the brew-in-a-bag method and thought it would be big enough… it is not! I’ve used it once and could not get my full volume and grain in the kettle because I was too dumb to do the math before I bought it (not the kettles fault). I wish I could have sent it back and traded for the bigger one but… oh well. I should have bought the 40 QT. So, if you intend to use the BIAB method for your beer go bigger. If you are using the traditional mash method this will work great up to about 6 gallons. If I were frying fish or something like that this pot is perfect.

Well made, EXCELLENT pot
We own 4 of these 100 quart Concord Stainless Steel pots and 2 of their 80 quart pots. We use them for making many things such as big batches of fresh sauce, olives etc… We received them within days which was awesome as we know they were shipped from California and we live on the East Coast. While they may be a bit pricey, they are well worth the money as they are very well made. I have no doubt these pots will be passed on in our family. I highly recommend them and next time I need any type of pot I will absolutely go to Concord first. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! EXTREMELY satisfied :)UPDATE: I have received several emails regarding the actual size…The 100 quart pot is approximately 20 inches round by 19 1/2 inches highThe 80 quart pot is approximately 18 inches round by 18 3/4 inches highThe 50 quart pot is approximately 16 inches round by 15 1/4 inches highHope this helps:)

Great quality, sturdy
I purchased this pot for water bath canning half gallon mason jars. Itâs absolutely perfect size, holds 4 jars with room to spare. The long processing time on fairly high heat has not caused any warpage. I would definitely recommend this pan. Half gallon Ball jar in photos for size reference.

ENORMOUS
I needed a really big pot to make broth with some pork bones (including some rib cage that hadn’t been broken up). This pot is enormous and held up well throughout the 24-hour broth-making process. I can’t speak to the durability just yet because I’ve only used it once.

Just right
This is a real nice stock pot. I have a 20 quart stock pot that I make soup in and it isnât big enough. This 30 quart works great.
