I love using parchment paper for baking cookies, but it was such a nuisance to work with rolls of parchment paper. These sheets are great! Pull from the box, lay it on your baking sheet, and you’re good to go! These sheets also preserve the surface of my baking sheets. I’m a fan!

I am sure these are great sheets, but they ARE FLAT IN A LARGE PACKAGE ….. Too large for our pantry. Wish they were in a roll.
