No warping, heavy-duty pans!
I’ve been replacing all of my decades-old bakeware but when it came time for cookie sheets, I really had to do some research. The reviews I’ve read from many different non-stick brands made my choice difficult, as so many people complained of warped pans from the other brands. I finally decided on these (I bought 4 of them for cookies), as I didn’t see one review talk of warping. I did see a few reviews about the non-stick failing them with these, so just to be sure, I also bought silicone mats to use with these.As soon as these arrived, I marveled at the nice, heavy construction! Flimsy, these are NOT! I’ve used these pans many times now for cookies and there is no warping (these are so strong, I doubt they could warp!). I do hand-wash all my new bakeware, so as not to ruin the non-stick and to prevent rust. These practically just need sprayed off – water runs off these better than the wax on a new car! It takes mere seconds to wash these off with a soapy rag or brush, a quick rinse, and air-dry (even a towel dry takes seconds). I can’t speak to the non-stick on these pans, since I do use the silicone mats (a fabulous invention!). I’ve often wondered if food cooked on these has spiral grooves baked underneath – but I’ll never know.

Good, Reliable Quality
This is a brand thatâs surprised us. Iâve been overspending for years, going to the fancy kitchen shops and dropping way too much money. Then, a few months in – the bakeware is stained, tarnished and looks horrible. Worse, nothing comes out the way I expect. So, itâs expensive frustration and disappointing bakes.I bought a set about six months ago with points, and we were surprised. Everything has turned out very well, doesnât stick. Itâs a heavy dark metal so you have to adjust your bake time by 10 to 15 minutes.What I really like is nothing sticks. Iâm not using sprays, crisco, or anything. I tend to stick with parchment paper – but still. Nothing sticks. Clean up is easy, and the pans are completely, consistently level.

I really like the design but they are very difficult to clean
This is probably the case with most pans of the style, it has been for me, anyway, once oil adheres itâs virtually impossible to get off. Both pans are completely covered in dark brown cooked-on oil and no method has been able to remove it. Perhaps this is part of the seasoning process but since we use these for roasting vegetables like brussels sprouts as well as baking cookies Iâm not really wanting any lingering flavors or odors. Overall they have worked well and are sturdy, we tend to use them with parchment paper now to accommodate the cleaning issue.

I love Circulon products. These trays (so far) have withstood the heat of the oven with no warping whatsoever Very easy to clean just wipe with a damp cloth. They are nice and heavy. Good quality feel. I bought 4 of these and they all fit perfectly in our oven. Note: The measurements they advertise are for the are inside the tray not end to end. If your oven is 17 inch get the 15 inch. Trust me. The door won’t shut otherwise. Love Love Love!

These look very sturdy and long-lasting. A couple of 10×15 pans are perfect for me, a single person. The heaviness is just right and it doesn’t feel cheap. Surely these will last me, because I will use parchment paper, to avoid any major cleanup. This is money well spent and I’m happy I found them. This is quality I can support! Good quality cookware is hard to find.

I was very skeptical about buying these as Iâve heard ânothing sticks to this pan!â Multiple times before but honestly- nothing stuck! I didnt use anything and the cookies slid right off the pan! They browned PERFECTLY too! The pan didnât âpopâ in the oven or out of the oven while cooling. Honestly, best pans Iâve ever had! Definitely will be ordering more !

Best non-stick baking trays we have ever used. We primarily use them for nachos and the cheese just lifts right off without sticking. Extremely easy cleanup, no soaking required. We only use plastic or silicone utensils and always hand wash. Take care not to use cooking sprays or metal utensils as this can damage the coating (as advised in the instructions). We have used them for over three years and they still perform as new.
