I was trying to find a replacement for my Pampered Chef frying pan, something that wasn’t too expensive and something that was a little larger than what I have. I really like this frying pan. It has enough area to fry five pork chops in all at once. It is well made and at the same time it is not too light and not too heavy. The food comes out perfect with less sticking than my other frying pans. I would definitely buy other pans from Circulon of this sort when needed. It a great buy and I am very happy with my purchase.

Perfect for my needs
I just received mine. I bought it in âlike newâ condition so it saved me $15. I lt looks just like my old ones. I have used Circulon, Anolon and Calphalon pans in the past. Circulon is the best one for me. I have 2 of these from 4 years ago. I still have warranty but not worth my time. They are showing some dark circles in the middle of the pans and food are starting to stick. I will get another âlike newâ for my spare. The fryer without the lid is 2.75â so itâs deep enough for my purposes. I use them for browning big chunks of meats in the stove top then finish cooking in the crockpot or oven. I also use them for making fried rice, stir fries, breakfast food, and deep frying chicken and egg rolls.
