Awesome but loud
I love these cutting boards. I’ve had them for a few months and order a 2nd set. They are very high quality and I feel good about not cutting bits of plastic into my food now. My only complaint is the high pitched ear piercing noise it makes when the knife cuts. My ears are always ringing by the time I’m done chopping. I still think it’s worth the sacrifice. They’ve been through the dishwasher hundreds of times and haven’t warped. The texture is very smooth and cold. If I didn’t know any better, I would think they were made of glass. Though, they’ve been dropped a few times and haven’t shattered, so I think we’re safe there. I’m definitely buying a 3rd set someday as we cook alot.

Great Non-Plastic Boards
I love these. It’s great having a non-plastic board, so I’m not cutting plastics into my foods. The “moat” around the edge is great for catching juices so they don’t run all over the counter and so far they’ve cleaned up nicely and have maintained their original shape and texture. The little feet on the corners help the board to stay where it is and not slide on a slick counter and it’s thin enough that I can easily store it where I want to without it take up too much space. I haven’t noticed any weird odors as some plastic boards have. Overall, I’m quite happy with these.

Initially I liked the size of these cutting boards and the weight of them too upon their arrival. They went through the dishwasher well and they definitely feel like they are good quality. However, they are just so loud when you are chopping itâs nearly unbearable to hear. I would not recommend this product based on that alone.
