7 years later, still going strong.
I bought these in 2018. Theyâve done it all, seen loads of high temps, broils, and abuse, and still work great. I expect well keep this set for 3-4 more years before passing it along to a daughter as she moves out on her own and refresh with new ones.As for the quality: ours held off rust for nearly 6 years before showing aging after balsamic veggie roasts. They heat evenly, cool quickly, and wipe down easily (I recommend a baking soda scrub of the rim every 5-6 uses to keep them spotless).The outside lip does have a gap from the formation of the pan, which can collect water and rust – dry these by hand, but donât leave them upside down.

Great non stick and fits smart breville oven
It warps during cooking but the cookies and extra things do not stick at all. Just paper towel to wipe and is all clean again. When it cools off the shape is back to normal. I made cookies and and warped because I didnât want even amount of cookies to fill ( I only made 6) , but sheet of pizza fit perfectly and did not warp. So Iâm thinking is something to do with the distribution of heat. It went back to normal after I cooked and it fit my breville smart oven. ( we cook on this everyday so my original pizza pan got ruined so I got this pan to fit and use .Love it so far
