No Buckle, No rusting
Purchased in may of 2024. Mostly used for bacon at 400 degrees and line the pan with aluminum foil. Use parchment paper for cookies.We hand wash, hand dry and no signs of rusting under the lip. Have not buckle cooking at 400 degrees.

Great quality
Iâve used this baking sheet for many desserts and other food. Itâs great and good quality. It really is non stick. Iâve used it for biscuits, cookies, brownies, jello and rice crispie squares. Everything comes out perfect. Iâd definitely recommend.

First of all, the non-stick surface is incredible. I was skeptical at first, but I’ve used this sheet multiple times now and nothing sticks to it. Cooks evenly without warping
This Chicago Metallic baking pan is perfect for roasting veggies, making cookies, brownies and more. Made of carbon steel, it cooks evenly without warping or popping in the oven, and it has a non-stick silicone finish that’s oven safe to 450 degrees. It has wide textured handles which make it easy and safer to grab with my oven mitts on, and it cleans up easily with just a sponge or wash cloth.That’s literally everything I want from a baking pan! I’ve cooked a few things in it since getting it and have been very happy with it so far. I did get burned on cheese when baking mini pizzas on it, but it wiped off easily after a short soak. While it’s safe up to 450 degrees in the oven it’s not broiler or open flame safe. That would ruin the silicone finish just like sharp objects or scratchy scrub brushes would, so hand wash it and take care of it, and it should last a very long time.

Great product!
This is a fantastic pan! I was a little worried since I have a specific pan that I always use, but I wanted something “nonstick” to add to my collection. I am very happy with this pan. It is very sturdy and made of carbon steel, and the coating is silicone. I roasted some veggies at 425 and the pan came out looking perfect, as did my veggies! I cleaned up the pan easily with some Dawn spray. If you have never had a nonstick pan before, don’t use any kind of metal on it because it will scratch! Be careful what you clean it with as well. A tough brillo pad will scratch it. My only complaint is that this pan is not very big (all of my other ones are closer to the size of my oven racks), so I would probably want a second one at some point. Since the quality is so good, I would not hesitate to buy it again!

Good solid baking sheet
I was so glad I ordered this baking sheet and itâs the perfect size for me and my husband. I tried it a couple times for dinner, did roasted potatoes and today roasted veggies. Both times everything browned up nicely and was a breeze to clean. They donât recommend putting it in the dishwasher because it can ruin the non-stick coating.I was expected the baking sheet to be thin but was pleasantly surprised that it was a good strong and sturdy pan. I really like the thicker handles on it, great for getting a good grip when taking out of the oven with my big silicone oven mats.Iâm definitely going to look into getting several other pieces from this company; I feel they offer a great product at a really good price!

Very good value.
This is a slightly deeper sheet than I typically got. I personally use it with a silicon mat to cook meats and veggies more than cookies. Actually, I haven’t used it for cookies to date. Overall, I find it easy to clean, and the deeper sides help keep vegis from rolling off the sides. It is relatively light weight, but is also my smallest pan, so it is easy to pull out and handle while still hot. (Use protection to pull it out, I feel like I said something that would advise someone to put their hands on the pan directly.) I am very happy with the results of this pan though and would recommend it to anyone at the price of 10ish dollars this was running at when I got it.

Good non stick pan
Overall a good non stick pan with a decent edge all around it to keep things from falling off. I made diced potatoes in it and they released form the pan well, though I used some oil/ butter so that helped. I would have given this 5 stars but the way the bottom of the edge is, (metal is essentially rolled under) it makes it hard to dry completely and after washing it the first time i had some minor rust forming. Once this gets under the coating the pan woudl be shot. Its low enough cost that it can be discarded at that point and still provide value for the short term, but I woudl consider other options (aluminum etc.) if you want a longer lasting item.
