Great baking sheet
Love these! Very heavy construction, so they are durable. Completely non-stick. Like any baking sheet, over time, regardless of how you clean them, they get somewhat “gunky”… these are reasonably priced and so I can replace them on a regular basis without guilt. Definitely recommend!

Good product, but came with small dents
The packaging cardboard box arrived intact, the pan had a couple of small dents. I don’t think it was a product problem, but a warehouse or handling problem.The pan though, felt heavy and in good quality.I could’ve returned it, but didn’t bother, since it was a cosmic issue, not a functional one, and I don’t really look at it.

These 1/4 sheet pans are very sturdy and do not buckle under high heat or from weight of contents in a Fitted Silicone Liner (HIGHERHUMAN Fitted full coverage silicone pan liner highly recommended because it fits this 1/4 sheet pan very well.)Liner’s ‘liquidâ capacity, using water & measuring cup, comfortably holds 4 cups of liquid (supported with 1/4 sheet pan) if using, for instance, dehydrating bone broth in oven. However, you may want to use less for faster drying or dehydrating.

This is a perfect companion for my Breville Toaster Oven.
I have what I consider the best quality and best built toaster oven at least in my opinion and experience over the years owning them for I own a Breville BOV800XL Smart Oven 1800-Watt Convection Toaster Oven but finding accessories other than what comes with the toaster oven that will fit properly inside of it is a bit tricky.I wanted to buy something that I could use to make cookies etc. for the toaster oven came with a 13 inch pizza plate and boilerplate but it did not come with a cookie sheet and finding one that would be large enough to fill the interior of the toaster oven without being too large as to not fit or too small to be impractical to use was a bit of a scavenger hunt not to mention I wanted something of good quality construction.This is my first purchase from this manufacturer Chicago metallic commercial 2 nonstick small jellyroll pan as they describe it.My first impressions is that I am very pleased with the thickness and heavy durability of this jellyroll pan it appears to be extremely well-built and although I have not had a chance to test the durability of the nonstick coating that the manufacturer uses but if it is half as well as the pan itself was made I will be very happy.I was also pleased to find pre-cut parchment paper that fits this jellyroll pan almost perfectly for I purchased also on Amazon Reynolds Kitchens Cookie Baking Parchment Paper Sheets (SmartGrid, Non-Stick, 22 Sheets) per box and they are precut at 12â x 16â sheets in this small jellyroll pan is 13″ x 9.5″ to the parchment paper is almost a perfect fit I just have to trim and a small amount off the length or simply fold it under.Anyways if I find that this jellyroll pan has any problems in the future like the nonstick coating coming off or not properly working or warping I will definitely update my review.I hope this helps somebody else make an informed purchase decision.Best regards from Kenai, AlaskaDon B.

Well made Baking Sheet that cooks evenly – Biggest downside pan stains easily
Ordered the smaller version after owning the larger pan. This pan cooks evenly and extremely well made. some people complain of the weight which did not bother us and is probably why this pan is built so well and cooks evenly. The only negative is the bottom of the pan stains easily and cannot be cleaned as they recommend not using any abrasive materials. Big disappointment from Chicago Commercial as their products are some of the best. Would recommend buying this baking sheet … you will have to get use to the bottom of the pan easily staining.

My fault I should have looked at the description better, yes it was kind of small but I like the heaviness of the nonstick baking pan, because of the material it’s made it’s no warping, the versatility is what you always want, especially the rust resistant part, and the ease of cleanup.

Nice weight, cleans easily
I had ordered a small cookie sheet from Amazon last year. Although it cooked things well, it was difficult, if not impossible to clean because of the scores in the pan. I ordered this one to replace it. It is small, which is what I need. It cooks perfectly and wipes clean in a whistle!
