Perfect size for baking
I used these pans to make Rainbow cookies and they were perfect. They are very sturdy and did not warp while baking

Strong and excellent
This is a thick, heavy pan. Made well like all Chicago Metallic products. Just made focaccia in it at 450 f and no warping, etc. bread came out easily. A great pan!!

Works great with parchment paper. Without they are hard to clean

Good product, but arrived with dents
I got the 2 pack. The pans are in good quality. I also got a smaller one. The smaller one actually felt in better quality. The metal sheet felt thinner for these larger ones, but still pretty good, I wouldn’t complain. One thing though, both of them arrived with dents. The packaging cardboard box looked intact. So it has to be a s storage or handling problem.I could have returned them, but didn’t bother. They would work the same nonetheless.

Cookie trays
Nice quality great size cookie sheet. I bought two of them and love them. My cookie sheets were ready for replacement. I will buy again once my cookie sheets are ready for replacement.

Love Chicago Metallic
I’ve used Chicago Metallic pans for many years. This brand is always reliable for quality. I baked with this pan at 425 degrees, no warping and perfectly even heating. Easy to wash with a soapy sponge. Very pleased!

Perfect pan! — FYI, the ‘old’ 18×13 pan
I wanted to publish this review because, first, the pan is the BEST. I mean, it’s really good quality. It doesn’t buckle, it bakes evenly, and it doesn’t burn your food, especially when used with a Silpat mat or simple parchment paper. It’s thick and sturdy, a full half-sheet size, and one of my very best kitchen ‘friends’. It has high sides and is easy to grip and heavy enough to support a full pan of biscuits without wobbling or twisting. If you’ve ever had to cook Christmas breakfast for 16 hungry people and had to stuff a cookie sheet as full of biscuits as possible to feed everyone, you’d know how important this is. ;-)The 2nd reason I’m reviewing is because of the listed ‘size’ of the pan. I’ve ordered quite a few of these over the years, both for myself and as gifts. When I came back this year to order, I found my old 18×13 pan was no longer available. It was replaced by a 16 3/4 x 12. What?? Is it actually a smaller pan? I looked high and low and also even tried asking sellers if it was the same as the old 18×13. I noticed that the Silpats that were ordered alongside this pan were the same size as I’ve always ordered and after reading the one negative review about the size being wrong, I took a chance and ordered it.It’s the same pan I’ve always ordered. Why the size change? I assume it’s because the measurements are now the ‘inside’ measurements as opposed to the ‘actual’ measurements of the pan which, based on the current negative review, is a little misleading. So, it’s a great pan. It’s a half-sheet size, but it IS larger than the listed size, overall. Just take that into consideration if you would consider using this pan in anything less than a regular size oven.

the best sheet pans!
I love Chicago Metallic–high quality workhorse bakeware, and these sheet pans are the BEST. Very important that it’s not coated, so no weird plastic chemicals getting into food. They are easy to clean but really, just expect them to get stained over time–that’s how bakeware shows how much we love it! These pans are not a display pieces, they are working pans with 1000 uses. These are sturdy, don’t warp, heat evenly. I don’t know what I ever did without them. Every kitchen would be better with these in it, IMHO!
