These are impressive, heavy-duty pans.
I was looking for new cookie sheets that I could also use for baking a few things and came across these while doing my search. I liked the reviews and also checked out the Chicago Metallic site. I am so happy I ordered these pans (I ordered 2 sets). These are heavy duty and yes a bit heavy but they bake evenly and wash up nicely by hand with soap and water. I never put my bakeware or cookware in the dishwasher only because I feel that a dishwasher is harsh on them and I like to keep my bakeware looking good. The cooling rack is a nice bonus and I like how it folds up for storage. These cookie sheets are larger than most other cookie sheets so I can really bake a lot on them and having the sides makes them great for baking other items. The non-stick makes it easy to get the baked goods up and clean up a breeze.

Pure LOVE â¤ï¸ for this pan!
So my son’s birthday ð dinner was this past Saturday 11/18/2023 and he loves pumpkin and all fall autumn cookies , cakes and pie. So I’d found a good recipe for a pumpkin roll cake. So I looked at a lot, and I mean a Lot! And read reviews for several hours for 2 days! Until I found these Wonderful pans and rack too!!?? Omg, I 1st haven’t made a roll cake in 30 years probably and 2nd never pumpkin. Haha! They are beautiful and baked beautifully with absolutely No sticking just perfectly baked. They’re very strong they feel expensive because their thick throughout, & evenly through the pan!! And the rack as well, no stick we baked cookies perfect!! ð OH and the best part…You GET 2!! WAIT, WHAT!!?? All 3 pieces!!! That’s INSANE!! Mine came flawless and not dinged, I feel bad for the others. It’s a super sturdy vessel, which is of great quality it seems, so far we used it 3x! I recommend, I LOVE THESE PANS & RACK!!!

Overall a very nice pan, but don’t like the folded inside corners.
I have a few different Chicago Metallic products, and, for the most part, love them all. In addition to these roasting pans, I also have 4 of the loaf pans. All of their products that I have are easy to clean with a little soap and warm water. The only thing that I don’t like about these pans and the loaf pans is the folded corners. These corners are a bit difficult to clean as they tend to hold onto food cooked in the pans. We have been able to get the food out of the corner, but they also hold the water used to wash them. After you wash and dry them, you need to let them sit on the counter for a few minutes until all of the water drains out of the corners so you can dry them again.Although these small roasting pans will be useful for my indoor cooking, I bought them primarily to smoke and roast whole chickens in my smoker. Since the interior of my smoker is 14″ x 12″, these pans will fit so I can smoke two whole chickens at a time on different levels. I’m sure these roasting pans will also be very useful in a couple of the indoor ovens that I have.UPDATE 09/30/24:Today, I smoked 2 4.5 lb. chickens using these roasting pans. This was so much nicer than using the disposable foil pans. I lined each pan with aluminum foil, put in the rack, and put one chicken in each pan. There was plenty of space around the chickens for circulation of heat and smoke, and the chickens were not sitting in the drippings. I smoked the chickens at 250 degrees to internal temperatures of 165 degrees in both the breasts and the thighs. This took about 2.5 hours in our smoker.Cleanup was a breeze. I needed only to roll up the aluminum foil in the roasters, clean the smoke residue from the outside of then pans, and clean the roaster racks. +I do recommend these roasting pans because they are easy to clean, but the folded corners do require extra attention for cleaning and drying. Whenever possible, I line the interior of these pans with aluminum foil. By doing this, the pans stay clean.I hope this review was helpful for you.

A kitchen Essential – mine are 10+ yo
My husband bought this set for me before we had kids; they are now teenagers. They have stayed in amazing shape despite roasting and baking on them weekly. The only mark on them is where I store them nested together and the feet of the rack rest in one of the pans. It’s still non-stick over that spot. They are heavy and don’t warp or bend in high heat. They are miraculous. I am ordering another set for a rental home while they are on sale!
