Love it!
I looked at many different bagel toasters and read all the reviews before I ordered this toaster. I was initially a little reluctant to get it, but I thought Iâd give it a try, mostly because of the 5 star reviews. Well, as it turns out, I love the toaster! Right away I was impressed with the packaging, the looks and then after using it the first time, I knew I ordered the right one. I looked for all the problems the one star reviews described, but could not find any. It toasts my bagels perfectly! I would buy it again in a heartbeat and would highly recommended it to any customer.

Extremely user friendly
As toasters go, this one is the best I’ve ever owned! It is fast, and even. I am especially fond of these features: An easy-to-read display (no stooping!), added 10 seconds if needed, a dependable countdown timer and I must not forget the FRONT crumb tray drawer (no picking up the beast to turn it around just to access the drawer)-TC

Very satisfied
Iâve only had this toaster for under two weeks and I already love it. What I especially like is the timer that tells you when your toast will be done. It also has a 10 second increase feature so you can custom your settings to the desire shade of toast you want

Great toaster
This toaster is high tech, fancy and works well. It toasts the bread quickly and I like how easy it is to use. Itâs very user friendly. I love it and I think everyone would also. I would definitely recommend this. It clicks nice and the touch screen is very responsive. I also like that it comes with a tray to catch all the crumbs.

It works but at highest level 6 my toast/bagel haven’t gotten a medium to dark toasting.
Design I found fine, but from level 1-6 you can choose for toasting, I’m not liking how it toasts or should I say lack of toasting on higher levels. I have to add time to get desired effect.

so disappointed
itâs so beautiful design, but itâs not great toaster the heat are not even so I I have part so crispy and part the white, the bagel have white half almost burned, and these are number three shade, and the right side I used shade four and itâs totally burnt it is so disappointed and Iâm 100% returning this.
