Works great but I thought it would be bigger it hold 1 sandwich on regular bread or a small wrap. It will not hold a large wrap because it is not long enough

Some limitations but overall happy.
It has been several months past the purchase; the item is still holding well. We use it almost daily to make vegetarian Panini sandwiches. Power ON upon plug in feature without a switch is somewhat bothersome. Thick sandwiches slide out upon closing the lid top ( The lid top is burning hot at this point). I use insulated gloves on my hand and manually raise the lid top and push the sandwich deep into the grill before closing it to compress the sandwich. Automatic raising feature is lacking in this product. Heat comes on pretty quick. which we like. Stays hot for a while even after turning it off. A timer feature is lacking too. We use the timer on our microwave unit & that is no big deal. There is no Switch to turn off the unit. We simply unplug the unit ahead of time & let the sandwich cook in the latent heat for few more minutes or till the unit totally cooled off on it own. We wrap the sandwich in Parchment paper and insert into the grill to avoid spill and for ease of cleaning. Sandwich cooks well even with the parchment paper around it. Nothing seen in the drip tray. So in summary, despite its few limitations, we are overall happy with the product.

THE BESTMAKES YOUR SANDWICHES, ETC SOOOOO MUCH BETTER AND TASTEY!!!!!also a little trick: you push the sandwich or etc with a fork or spoon or butter knife all the way to the end a few times and then eventually it stays! being able to “push down” easier and grill easier.

Llegó en tiempo estimado.Aunque me lo imaginé más grande, es buen producto, caben 2 sandwiches, caben 4 quesadillas, derrite bien el queso, no se pega, me gustó que la tapa de arriba se mueve a modo de quedar recta y calentar parejo la parte de arriba. Deja bien doraditos los sandwich o tortas.Calienta rápido.Lo que no me gustó tanto es que el cable es muy corto, no vienen bien niveladas las patas de abajo y se resbala constantemente, ya que las gomas de las patas no tocan la superficie al mismo tiempo, sino de lado.Tambien siento que le hace falta una agarradera en la parte de enfrente o a lado para sostenerla, pero te adaptas a agarrarla sólo de la agarradera de arriba.En general buen producto y se ve de buen material.
