Perfect kettle
Love the fact that the top comes completely off – making it easier to fill than it appears that other models are. Easy to operate controls – makes pretty colors – and the different temperature options are very practical. Purchased after Hurricane Helene after the power came back on but we still had no water in order to have hot water to wash dishes – and now don’t know how I ever lived without it to make perfect temperature tea. I know why almost every European household has one of these – they’re wonderful – and this model has just the right features at a good value cost!

Excellent and affordable
This is a great glass kettle, especially for the price! I love the different temperature settings for making various teas at the optimal temperatures. The kettle is also very easy to clean. The tea diffuser comes out fairly easily (took me a minute to figure out the twist and pull, but once I saw how it came apart it was easy to do again). Washes well by hand. The LED lights are a nice fancy touch. Highly recommend and would purchase again!

Decent inexpensive kettle
I got this kettle to replace a much more expensive one that kept failing. I wanted on with the electronics in the kettle itself so that sensors etc. would not be affected by corrosion of the contacts on the bottom of the kettle to the base.I will have to say this kettle feels pretty cheap. As others have commented the infuser is held in by three little tabs and I’m sure they will break off in the future since they are subject to the stress of holding the infuser and the thermal stress in the kettle.Upon unboxing the instructions said to run a MAX load of water through the kettle for a complete boiling cycle. I did this and it worked perfectly. Now it was time for some tea.I have been bringing my tea to a boil and let this kettle run it’s default cycle which is to boil and stop as soon as it reaches boiling. It foamed up and spilled a good deal of tea all over the counter. I was making several batches (I make up 4 gallon jugs each week) so I reduced the amount of water in the next one to prevent boil over. No such luck, although it did spill less tea.Third batch I’m down to 1/2 and the infuser is mostly above the water. Still boiled over. The last batch I’m getting close to the minimum level and it STILL boiled over.So for this weeks batch I decided to run the next lower cycle, which is to get it to 200 degrees F and shut down. This worked and I will continue to use it this way as I can put more water in it to further saturate the infuser.Plus: It heats fairly quickly. The controls are intuitive to use, and the ring of LEDs under the base of the glass pot change color to confirm your selection of heat cycle. The opening is large enough to easily get my large hands inside for cleaning. The only contacts in the bottom of the kettle to the base are for 110 volt connections.Minus: The kettle feels like it’s price, kind of cheaply made. The base is so light I expect it to lift with the kettle. And I have mentioned the infuser.I don’t know why it boiled over with the tea inside. I don’t live at a high altitude, 900 feet, so that shouldn’t be the cause. But if you can live with a 200 degree F cycle or lower this kettle should do the job and that’s all I can ask of any appliance especially these days.

Works well, heats up the water just right
I like the lights that Indicate the temperature it will heat up the water at and also how fast it works. It looks great and has a decent capacity to heat up water for a big group. Have not used the steeper yet so can’t say much about the taste of the tea, but I am sure it’s good. The build quality is good and it does not look cheap!

Great kettle with multi temp setting and stariners
This is a nice kettle that can be used as a pot. I specifically purchased it for the temperature control for green and white teas. It comes with a strainer, but also has mesh in the pot so you can throw loose tea in if you don’t feel like using the attached strainer. It’s a large size so can boil a lot of water quickly. It’s a great value for money, easy to use and functions well. It looks nice on my counter too.

I have been on a tea and hot coco kick lately and kept mentioning to my husband that I really wanted an electric kettle. He bought this one for me as a surprise and this is sooo user friendly. You fill it where you want, put it on the heating pad and watch the water boil in just a few minutes. It has 5 heat settings and beeps (kinda loudly) and automatically shuts off when temperature desired is reached.I haven’t used the tea attachment yet, but plan to soon. Easy to clean and is fast for those mornings I’m running late for work! Love this!

Super for everything except loose defused coffee
There are so many things I love about this pot. It is fast to heat water. It is easy to pour. It sits on it’s own heating element between pours so that added space isn’t needed. Mine came with a infuser so that I could use loose tea or drip grind coffee to make whole pots. It can rewarm coffee quickly. I love the temperature choices, particularly because I drink both tea and coffee.The one thing that I am not fond of and makes me inclined to use it less often is when I make coffee. There is a sieve in the pour spout to catch any loose coffee and the infuser is supposed to do the same. However, when I make loose drip coffee in it, I always find a layer of coffee “dust dirt” around the top of the water and in my cup. I wish there was a way to stop that. I gave 2 as gifts before I found that out and they had the same complaint. 🙁

Excellent tea kettle. I do not think the filter part is necessary, however, the lid fits well and can be easily removed for filling up the kettle and if you want, you can fit the filter back in. This is to make/steep different kinds of tea or for French press type coffee. Neither of these features was necessary and I neglected to see that this was part of the tea kettle. The price was excellent, however, and if I want to, I may just try to use the filter feature. Quietly boils, pours very well, and is very cool with different temp settings (depending on tea type) and it has a pretty set of different coloured lights that show up as water is boiling.
