Love the quality of materials used in the removable insert. The 3 setting controls work very well. Low, keeps below 210 and high is about 212. The removable insert is so convenient to put on the stove top to sear the meats and get that great color and texture. Then allows for a head start to get the ingredients up to temperate before inserting I to the slow cooker and enjoy the smell for hours to come. Very easy to clean and easy to store. Very simple operation for the daily cook. Not paying for extra bells and whistles I don’t need.
