The CHEFMADE Roasting Pan comes with a rack on 15-inches which is a good size and perfect for roasting vegetables and meat. I see a deep dish lasagna in this pan’s future. The construction makes iit distribute heat evenly so everything cooks at the same temp. It is oven safe up to a 450*. Then the removable rack allows for better air circulation and more even cooking plus the juices can drain. The non-stick coating covers the 15 ½â x 11 ¼â x 2 ½â deep pan and also makes cleaning easier. Watch what you use to scrub it.
