Fits my B & D toaster oven perfectly
Love this. I was trying to roast a tritip and roast sweet potatoes in a small pan and the potatoes wouldnât crisp. Plus it was cramped. I searched and searched and after trying another one – got this 11â x 11â x 1.4â pan for cooking a roast.Itâs perfect. It fits my Black and Decker toaster oven perfectly. Like itâs made for it. I sat it on the bottoms rack and got a slight 1/2 inch warp when I first put it in at 350â with the roast on it. I thought oh no. But half an hour later – it was sitting flat and remained flat for 3.5 hours. The roast was perfect and the roast sweet potatoes were beautifully roasted – crispy and caramelized slightly. Delicious. It cleaned up easily. Non stick which is nice and nicely made. Feels like like quality. And comes with the rack if you need it. And it has made my Sunday roast a nice thing again. Perfect buy.

Best roasting pan
I can’t say enough about this roasting pan. Love the square shape, the deep sides and the absolutely amazing coating. I cook often, especially roasted whole spatchcocked chicken at 400 degrees convection. Even exposed to high heat for long cooking times, the pan’s cleanup is quick and easy. Can’t pry it out of my hands…lol.

Used at High Temp and it didnât Warp
I bought this to make a porchetta and it worked great. The recipe called for 450 for 40 minutes and, unlike a sheet pan or other roasters it didnât distort in the hot over. The pan is surprisingly heavy and the quality seems as good as other similar, more expensive pans I looked at in stores. I used a rack I already have so havenât used the one included, but it also looks and feels similar in quality and construction.

Nice upgrade for my kitchen
My daughter is moving into her own apartment, so I’ve been going through all of my cooking stuff and giving her anything I’d like to upgrade. It’s been a win for both of us! I picked this specific pan, because it’s a smaller size. It’s the perfect size for roasting a whole chicken, ribs or a roast. I’ve used it 4 or 5 times, with different types of meat and it’s worked way better than I expected. The first time I tried it with a whole chicken. The chicken cooked evenly, came off of the rack easily without anything sticking to it and the pan was a breeze to clean. Another time, I tried chicken thighs and potatoes. I thinly sliced some gold potatoes and put them on the bottom under the rack. I put marinated chicken thighs on top of the rack and let all of the juices drip down and season the potatoes. Oh man, did those taste wonderful! I haven’t had any quality issues. This is a well built pan with a quality rack. I’d highly recommend it to those that are looking for a smaller roasting pan.

Sleeper Hit!
This pan has become indispensable. Bought it to roast small vegetables on the grill, now use it, w or without rack for meats, desserts, everything. Even at 700° on the grill, it doesnât warp. Very sturdy pan & rack.

Multi-Tasker
Got the shallow version to use in my Kalorik Air Fryer oven. Now I ended up getting an Induction Range that air fries and an over the stove microwave/convection that also air fries. Sold the Kalorik and this fits perfectly under my Oxo four slice toaster using the included wire rack to keep the toaster even with the top edge. it’s stored there if I need it for roasting or baking and because I always slide the toaster out from under the wall cabinets to use, it all slides real easy. I also just picked up the Ninja CM401 Coffee Brewing System which aIso needs to be pulled out from under a cabinet when I brew, and that fits perfectly in the 9×13 shallow version of this pan. If I spill a little coffee accidentally, it’ll stay in the pan and the wire rack will keep the coffee maker out of any wet.

Felt it was a solid pan when I first bought it, but 10 roast chickens (over many months) later the Coating has begun to peel off. Im going to buy a Stainless steel one so i can save the roasting juices from contamination
