Best roasting pan ever!
I have multiple roasting pans but all are difficult to get out of my lower oven. I bought this because of the handles and it did just what I wanted. It was so much easier to get out of the oven, held my 21 lb. turkey easily and was a breeze to clean up. The old pans will be going to one of the donation sites. This is all I will ever need. Five stars!

LOOKS GOOD AT FIRST!
When I first got it I thought I would be happy! Needed a smaller size for roasting Cornish game hens that would fit in my Ninja Oven. It was great the first couple of use. But then the surface started to flake off and it is actually rusting on the surface of the pan. It is getting impossible to get it clean now as things stick to it. I always wash by hand, never use anything that scratches to wash it, and have never cut the food in the pan. Very disappointing. If you are looking for a pan and rack that are medium grade quality to save money stay away from this set! Would not recommend.

Sturdy and easy to handle.
This pan is solid and I’m glad I bought it. There are handles for the pan itself which are high enough to pick the entire pan and turkey up without interference from the turkey. The same goes for the rack which hangs from the top. The non-stick surface makes clean up a breeze.

The roaster itself is very nice. Sturdy, non stick, love it. But it’s advertised as being 18.5″ x 14.5″, and it definitely isn’t. Even measuring from the very outside of the handles, it’s not 18.5. The actual inside measurement is 16″ x12.25″. That being said, it held my 21lb turkey with no problems. Glad I bought it.

I am single and this pan/ rack combination is just right for my small daily needs. I have bigger pans and racks when needed, but for a single entrees is excellent!
