Great cutting board
Love this cutting board. Since it’s made out of bamboo, it doesn’t scratch like the more traditional cutting boards that are made of softer wood. It is easy to clean. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a decent cutting board. Since bamboo is a hard, it allows the thickness of the board to be thinner than other types of cutting boards. Making it thinner and lighter as well as easy to store without taking up a lot of space.

Broke after less than two months
Used this cutting board a few times a week regularly, never put it in the dishwasher and always let it air dry before use. Less than two month after purchase the handle piece broke and a large crack developed.

This cutting board is a convenient size for chopping just a few vegetables. Lightweight too. Odd instructions though. Said to rub mineral oil before use so I used vegetable oil instead which explains the four stars.

Perfect Cutting Board
I really like this cutting board. It is the perfect size, it has some thickness to it, and it is easy to clean (must clean by hand). I especially love the cut-out handle as it is easy to grab.I had another bamboo cutting board, not as nice as this one, but it split because I dropped it on the granite countertop. With bamboo, you cannot be hard on it in the way of slamming it on counters or else it will split. If taken care of right it will last for years. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice-sized, quality bamboo cutting board.
