I won’t stop buying these knives. Flexible for boning and filleting, but strong and sharp enough for ANYTHING! I will never purchase another paring, steak, or fillet knife again! And oh, be careful because the serration on these makes them very sharp. Great product and value, they STAY sharp!

I used to have one of these, and to buy two at this great price was like a secret birthday like gift for myself. I am the cook in our home, and I love using tomatoes, kiwi, figs, and other soft fruit and vegetables, and this is the right knife for that sort of preparation. If you cut tomatoes, and want thin slices, save your money, don’t waste your money on those overpriced options. Buy this first, and its price is so reasonable you can’t go wrong. Odds are that after its in your kitchen, you will forget about getting an expensive option and simply enjoy cutting tomatoes and similar soft food.

Cheap version of what used to be a decent set of knives.
Buyer beware. Waste of money. If you were adding to a set you already had, this is a cheap, rip off version, not even worthy of a shelf in a Dollar store. The handles are shorter, thinner, and weigh half of what my original knives weigh. The handle is Not ergonomic, or easy to hold. The blade bends so easily, it cannot cut thru a sandwich without bending. It would be dangerous for the elderly or a youth learning to use a knife, and would just plain anger any one with larger hands. It’s not worth the gas, time, energy, or packaging to send them back. Surely the seller knows this, and that means they are profiting off the sales of inferior items. Note to self: NEVER buy anything from this seller.
